The TOYO Electric chain block are mostly 3 phased designs and are available in capacities ranging from 1 ton to 30 ton with single and dual speed options, also available in range are standard headroom hoists and low headroom electric hoists, as well as motorized trolley, push or hand travel. High strength steel body and gear case are built to be durable for rugged needs of construction, mechanical and maintenance rigging. All lifting capacities are available with speeds suitable for all applications. It is easy to handle due to its light weight body, the internal electrical components are in line with the latest technology available in the market. The products are proof load tested and supplied with a test certificate and user manual.

The electrical hoist has a highly efficient energy saving motor with an asbestos free brake system. With a solid body, compact size and light weight, it proves to be ideal equipment for lifting. It also features hooks which are attached with safety latches as per standards. It has a drop forged steel suspension and heat treated hooks. It also has a super strong surface hardened chain and a specially strengthened plastic bucket. The limit switch devices are fitted at both ends of the device and can be switched off automatically to prevent load chain from running out of power. It also has a phase error relay, thanks to a specially designed current-post to prevent the motor from running at incorrect wire connection. It has a power supply of 3Ph, 380V/440V, 50Hz.
Key Information
Each unit comes fully certified with a test certificate or an EC Declaration of Conformity stating compliance with the essential health and safety requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. This document clearly states the proof test at 1.5 times the rated capacity and the light load test of 2% of the rated capacity, which exceeds the requirements of the current applicable standard.
